To participate in the meeting, all athletes (both males and females) must be members of teams associated to F.I.N. or in case of foreign teams of a National Federation associated to F.I.N.A. and be part of one of the following age categories:
|D||2001 and older||
1999 and older
Admitted races for each athlete are unlimited and each team can register an unlimited number of swimmers, but only one relay per competition.
Only the best 24 times will be accepted for the 400 free style competition and there will be just one general scoring.
For relays, only the 24 first teams which register themselves will be accepted and allowed to race.
Only the eight best times, not depending on the category, are qualified for the evening finals.
The event is going to take place under the supervision of a referee and an international start arbitrator as well as the G.U.G. referees of Trentino Alto Adige and using the automatic time keeping by F.I.C.R. in Bolzano and data transmission by Siteland.
A 25 meter, indoor pool, will be available during the event for warm up and cooling down phase.
The meet`s organization carries no responsibility for injuries, thefts or damages of any kind, be it before, during or after the races.
The organization committee withholds the right to alter times, race schedules or entry deadlines so as to guarantee a smooth running of the event.
Medals and sport equipment will be given to the first three athletes placed in every race, category and gender. For all races with finals, times from the previously raced heats will be considered for the ranking (concerning categories A, B and C).
The best males and females performances according to the FINA classifications will be rewarded with:
Cat. A sport equipment
Cat. B 50 €
Cat. C 100 €
Cat. D 150 €
A special prize will be given to the first three classified swimmers of each gender participating in a selected number of competitions “Best of Five”. That is to say any athlete’s added points of 2 races of 50 metres and 2 races of 100 metres regardless of the chosen style as well as the 200 metres medley race will allow him to take part in this ranking.
The team’s total points will lead to a team ranking. Individual points will be assigned for each individual race as follows:

There is going to be two distinct team rankings with one being limited to Esordienti A (Cat. A) athletes. The awards are as follows:
1st place: trophy and 300€
2nd place: trophy and 200€
3rd place: trophy and 100€
The second team ranking is open to all athletes. The awards are as follows:
1st place: trophy and 600€
2nd place: trophy and 400€
3rd place: trophy and 250€
4th place: trophy and 150€
5th place: trophy and 100€
The last possible date to submit one’s participation is Saturday, 19 th of May 2018 at 12 pm.
Entry fee for individual races amounts to 7.00 € per athlete per race and 12.00 € for the relays. It has to be paid to:
